Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design for capital projects and facility upgrades. You will provide design support for outages and troubleshooting while driving business development across multiple facilities.

Ideal candidates have extensive HV/MV/LV experience, can mentor teams, and will uphold design standards as a guardian of Electrical Design Standards. Remote options and ~20% travel are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 10 years engineering experience.
• Must have experience with HV, MV and LV distribution systems and power generation in large facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design for capital projects and facility upgrades.
• Provide design support for outages and equipment troubleshooting.
• Drive business development and expansion projects at operating facilities.
• Mentor junior team members and standardize electrical design practices.
• Act as SME to the business across stakeholders.
