Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Principal Engineer to lead electrical design for capital projects and facility upgrades. You will act as SME across the electrical design standards, support commissioning, and mentor junior engineers across the network.

The role requires strong experience with HV/MV/LV systems, protective relays, and engineering software such as CAD/AutoCAD, ETAP, and SEL tools. Travel and remote options are available as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Registered Professional Engineer or ability to obtain licensure preferred.
• Experience with high/medium/low voltage systems in large facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design for capital projects and upgrades.
• Develop scope of work for Electrical AE firms and coordinate with suppliers.
• Provide SME guidance across cross-functional teams and standards.
• Support commissioning, startup, and problem resolution for projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure design standardization.
