Job summary
Reworld Waste is seeking a Principal Engineer to lead electrical design across capital projects and facility upgrades. You will act as SME, mentor junior staff, and drive standardization while coordinating with project managers and stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Registered Professional Engineer or ability to obtain licensure preferred.
- Experience with high/medium/low voltage distribution in large facilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead electrical design for capital projects and upgrades.
- Provide SME guidance and mentor junior staff.
- Develop engineering calculations, diagrams, and protective schemes.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
- Support commissioning and startup activities for projects.
