Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Principal Engineer for Electrical Engineering to lead design across capital projects and facility upgrades at our network. You will drive technical standards and mentor junior staff, reporting to the Director of Electrical Engineering.

Located near Florham Park, NJ with ~20% travel across the network and a remote work option. The role requires deep experience with HV/MV/LV systems, protection relays, and hands-on project leadership in large facilities or power plants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited Institution.
• Minimum 10 years engineering experience.
• Registered Professional Engineer or ability to obtain licensure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design for capital projects and facility upgrades.
• Provide SME design support for commissioning and startups.
• Mentor junior team members and enforce electrical design standards.
