Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer - Production Support in Plano, TX to collaborate with Manufacturing, Program Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other engineering disciplines to proactively resolve production issues.

You will lead root-cause investigations, coordinate with suppliers, and participate in PRRs, travel up to 25% to facilities; U.S. security clearance required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree.
• Minimum 5 years in production support, test, supplier quality, electrical, or related roles.
• Experience analyzing technical data or schematics for troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical evaluations of hardware and disposition failures.
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Communicate status updates to program leadership and suppliers.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Operations and Production Control for timely hardware delivery.
