Job summary

RTX is seeking a highly motivated Electrical Engineer for its Tucson, AZ operations. You will contribute to the design and analysis of RF, analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit systems, with hands-on testing and debugging of circuit card assemblies and electro-mechanical subsystems.

You will collaborate across Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other engineering disciplines to ensure issue resolution during production, testing, and integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related STEM field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in RF, analog, digital, or mixed-signal circuit design/analysis.
• Familiarity with lab equipment including waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers.

Responsibilities

• Enhance electrical engineering skills with RF/analog/digital hardware testing and debugging complex assemblies.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to resolve issues during production, testing, and integration.
• Travel less than 10% annually; shift information: 1st shift.
