Job summary

RTX is seeking an Electrical Engineer II – Production Hardware in Tucson, AZ to support program execution across cost, schedule, and technical oversight throughout the product lifecycle. The role involves hands-on testing, debugging, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The position requires a BS in a STEM field with 2+ years of experience in RF/analog/digital/mixed-signal design and familiarity with lab instruments. 3rd shift, limited travel, relocation eligible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related STEM.
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience with RF, analog, digital, and/or mixed-signal circuit design or analysis.
• Familiarity with lab equipment including waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and/or network analyzers.

Responsibilities

• Enhance electrical engineering skills by working with digital, analog and RF hardware testing and debugging complex circuit card assemblies.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to resolve issues in production, testing and integration.
• Travel requirements: less than 10% annually
• Shift Information: 3rd shift (11pm-8AM)
