Job summary

The ASR Group Senior Electrical Engineer will serve as the site technical authority for electrical infrastructure and power distribution, including substations, transformers, switchgear, MCCs, motors, VFDs, generators, and related assets.

You will develop a multi-year roadmap, asset lifecycle plans, spare parts strategy, and capital project reviews, coordinating with Corporate Engineering to align with site standards, safety, and long-term infrastructure goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering required.
• Strong knowledge of industrial medium- and low-voltage distribution systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the site electrical engineering resource for capital projects and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
• Develop and maintain a multi-year electrical infrastructure roadmap and asset lifecycle plans.
• Review electrical designs, studies, and specifications to ensure alignment with site requirements and standards.
• Mentor engineers and technical personnel to promote knowledge transfer and best practices.
