Intellectt Inc. seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer with expertise in electrical distribution system design and power system studies for FMCG, food & beverage, process plants, or industrial manufacturing environments, onsite in Decatur, IL.

The role covers LV distribution, 480V systems, MCCs, VFDs, transformers, substations, power/control panels, NEC, UL508A, IEEE, NFPA 70E, and collaboration with clients, vendors, and site teams to deliver complete engineering packages from design through

Qualifications

10-12 years of relevant Electrical Engineering experience.
Strong experience as an Electrical System Studies Engineer for process/manufacturing plants.
Extensive experience with LV electrical distribution systems and 480V systems.

Responsibilities

Design electrical distribution systems for FMCG, food & beverage, and process manufacturing plants.
Perform power system studies for plant electrical distribution systems.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors and site construction teams.
Develop engineering packages including drawings, calculations, specifications and BOMs.
Support electrical panel designs and compliance with UL508A requirements.
Lead IQ/OQ activities where applicable and ensure electrical safety compliance.
