Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience in electrical engineering and electrical system studies.
• Strong experience in LV electrical distribution design.
• Experience with Power Distribution Panels, MCCs, VFDs, substations, transformers, 480V systems.
• Knowledge of NEC, UL 508A, IEEE standards and NFPA 70E.
• Cable sizing and conduit sizing calculations.
• Power and control panel design; lighting and grounding calculations.
• Cable tray sizing and layout; development of SLDs and drawings.
• Ability to develop BOMs and engineering information packages.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical distribution systems for FMCG, manufacturing, and process plants.
• Perform power system studies for industrial distribution systems.
• Develop electrical engineering designs and technical documentation.
• Coordinate scope and technical requirements with clients.
• Prepare engineering packages and BOMs.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and site teams.
• Support panel design and UL 508A compliance.
• Lead IQ and OQ activities.
• Assist with installation, commissioning, and startup.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Prepare equipment documentation and SLDs.
