Job summary

gpac LLC. is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer/Project Manager in Columbus, OH to lead multi-discipline projects from concept through closeout. The role combines senior engineering with project management responsibilities and requires strong communication with clients and team members.

Candidates must hold a P.E. license, a BS in Electrical Engineering, and 8+ years of experience, with AutoCAD and Revit proficiency. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• P.E. licensure is required.
• BS degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering.
• AutoCAD and Revit experience required.
• Expertise in building electrical design including lighting, power distribution, communications, and fire alarm.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineer for multi-discipline projects through all phases.
• Perform electrical design calculations for the building designs.
• Coordinate project electrical requirements with clients and consultants both in-house and external.
• Perform code reviews.
• Oversee projects and technicians.
• Establish and maintain electrical fees and provide budgeting for assigned projects.
• Work independently and in a multi-discipline team to develop concepts, strategies, designs, drawings, specifications, and reports.
