Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management.
• Experience: 10+ years in construction project management, with electrical systems focus.
• Certifications: PMP or similar is highly desirable.
• Technical skills: Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Primavera), AutoCAD and electrical design tools.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication across diverse stakeholders.
• Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills and decision-making under pressure.
• Attention to detail: High accuracy and quality in deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee electrical systems integration and ensure compliance with specs and standards.
• Develop and manage project budgets and monitor expenditures.
• Supervise and coordinate architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders with regular updates.
• Implement quality control measures to meet industry standards and client expectations.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect timelines and budgets.
• Ensure activities comply with regulations and company policies.
