Job summary

gpac LLC. seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer/Project Manager to lead electrical design for buildings, including lighting, power, communications, and fire alarm systems. You will collaborate with clients and consultants, guiding projects through all phases.

Required: P.E. licensure, BS in Electrical Engineering or related field, AutoCAD and Revit experience, 8+ years of building electrical design and project leadership. Hybrid remote options are available in Dallas area.

Qualifications

P.E. licensure required.
BS degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
AutoCAD & Revit experience.
8+ years of experience.
Expertise in all aspects of building electrical design such as lighting, power distribution, communications, and fire alarm.

Responsibilities

Function as lead electrical engineer for multi-discipline projects, through all phases of process.
Perform electrical design tasks and calculations for the electrical designs aspects of buildings.
Coordinating project electrical requirements with each client as well as consultants both in-house and outside.
Perform code reviews.
Oversee projects and technicians.
Establish and maintain electrical fees and provide budgeting for assigned projects.
Work independently as well as in a multi-discipline team working closely to develop concepts, strategies, designs, drawings, specifications, and reports.
