Job summary

Mid-City Electric is seeking a Traveling Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex electrical construction projects from a Westerville, Ohio base, with approximately 75% travel to project sites. After onboarding, remote work may be possible for eligible candidates.

You will manage bids, estimates, safety, budgets, and stakeholder communications, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope while maintaining high standards of quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field or extensive electrical construction experience with demonstrated leadership capability.
• Minimum of five years of project management and estimating experience in commercial construction.
• Experience in structured cabling and low‑voltage industries; proficiency with Bluebeam and electronic construction-document management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale commercial electrical construction projects.
• Prepare contracts, change orders, and purchase orders; oversee teams.
• Maintain high levels of communication with all stakeholders; ensure safety and quality.
