Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Senior Electrical Professional Engineer III to lead design, coordination, and delivery of complex electrical systems for energy and infrastructure projects on hospital and college campuses.

You will guide multidisciplinary design efforts to ensure code‑compliant, constructible solutions for power distribution, renewables, storage, and controls integration, while mentoring junior engineers and resolving field challenges.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering, electrical engineering, or related field.
10+ years of design experience.
Professional Engineer (PE) License.
Advanced knowledge of electrical power and building systems.
Experience with system coordination, protection, and controls integration.
Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary designs.

Responsibilities

Signing and sealing engineering documents and ensuring quality standards.
Lead and review designs for solar energy, storage, and power systems with guidance from seniors.
Perform and review calculations for interconnects, arc flash, short‑circuit studies.
Manage electrical scope including schedule, budget, and deliverables.
Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with clients and utilities.
