Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering, electrical engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of design experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) License.
• Advanced knowledge of electrical power and building systems.
• Experience with system coordination, protection, and controls integration.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary designs.

Responsibilities

• Signing and sealing engineering documents and ensuring quality standards.
• Leading and reviewing designs for solar energy, battery storage, fuel cell, and CHP plants.
• Performing calculations for utility interconnects, arc flash, short‑circuit, and breaker coordination.
• Managing electrical scope including schedule, budget, and deliverables.
• Overseeing field investigations and site reviews; review 3D laser scanning if needed.
• Mentoring and developing junior engineers and designers.
• Coordinating with clients, utilities, and external stakeholders.
