Qualifications

• Active Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.).
• ABET-accredited engineering degree (Bachelor's or Master's).
• 10–15 years of MEP and fire protection design in commercial sector.
• Proven track record leading large or complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, drawings, calculations and specifications for complex commercial projects.
• Oversee integration of electrical systems with civil, mechanical, structural, and environmental disciplines.
• Perform QC reviews, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide construction oversight including site visits.
• Mentor junior staff, collaborate with teams and clients, manage schedules, resources and budgets.
