Qualifications

• Active Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) credential required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
• 10 to 15 years of engineering design and project management experience (MEP and Fire Protection in commercial sector).
• Proven ability to lead large or complex engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, technical development, drawings, calculations, and specifications for complex commercial projects.
• Oversee integration of electrical systems with civil, mechanical, structural, and environmental disciplines.
• Perform quality control reviews, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide oversight during construction (site visits, submittal reviews).
• Mentor junior staff, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients, manage schedules, resources, and budgets.
