Your Talent Team is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer II (P.E.) in Houston, TX to act as a technical authority for complex commercial electrical systems and building services. The role emphasizes leadership, project oversight, and collaboration across disciplines on national-scale projects.

Responsibilities include design, technical development, drawings, calculations, and quality control, with relocation assistance and a flexible hybrid work model to support career growth and work-life

Qualifications

• Licensure: Active Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.).
• Education: ABET-accredited engineering degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
• Experience: 10–15 years in engineering design and project management, esp. MEP and Fire Prevention in commercial sector.
• Track record: Proven ability to lead large or complex engineering projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead design, development, drawings, calculations, and specs for complex commercial projects.
• Oversee integration of electrical systems with civil, mechanical, structural, and environmental disciplines.
• Perform QC reviews at milestones, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide construction oversight including site visits.
• Mentor junior staff, collaborate with teams and clients, manage schedules, resources, and budgets.
