Job summary

Crystal Group is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to lead design, development, and verification of electrical wiring and PCB assemblies. The role requires mentoring junior staff, leading medium-size project teams, and coordinating manufacturing and testing activities to ensure quality and conformance to specifications.

The candidate will conduct research on new processes, review designs, and provide technical guidance across engineering disciplines in an on-site, full-time setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field and 10+ years of electrical engineering experience.
• Extensive understanding of PCB design and layouts.
• Experience with wire harnesses and cables.
• Expert level understanding of electrical engineering theory and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, development, and verification of electrical wiring and PCB assemblies.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead medium-size project groups.
• Coordinate electrical manufacturing and testing activities to ensure compliance.
• Provide circuit analysis, testing, and troubleshooting support.
• Write electrical performance requirements for product development.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science or related engineering field
