Job summary

Crystal Group is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to design, develop, and verify electrical wiring and PCB assemblies, including cables and connectors. You will lead small teams, mentor peers, and respond to operations and design needs to ensure producible, compliant solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of experience, or 15+ years without a degree, and U.S. work authorization. On-site work with ESOP participation is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering field; 5+ years of Electrical Engineering experience (or 15+ years in lieu of a degree).
• US Person required (US Citizen, permanent resident, or protected person).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and verify electrical wiring and PCB assemblies.
• Lead small project groups and mentor department staff.
• Provide troubleshooting support for Manufacturing and Technical Services.
• Coordinate electrical manufacturing and testing activities.
• Prepare data and write reports on engineering studies.
