Crystal Group is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to design and verify electrical wiring and PCB assemblies, including cables, plugs, and connectors. You will lead small project teams and mentor others while coordinating with operations and design groups.

The role emphasizes ensuring producible, standards-compliant designs and strong troubleshooting support in a face-to-face, on-site environment with no travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 5+ years of EE experience, or 15+ years of EE experience in lieu of degree.
• Strong PCB/layout and schematic design skills with attention to producibility and verification.
• Experience leading small project teams and mentoring teammates.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and verify electrical wiring and PCB assemblies including cables, connectors, and pin-outs.
• Lead peer reviews and mentor junior engineers; coordinate with operations and design teams.
• Provide troubleshooting support and contribute to design templates and standards.
