Job summary

CESO, Inc. is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to mentor junior staff, lead projects from concept to completion, and coordinate with architects and contractors. The role requires an ABET-accredited degree and a PE license with strong knowledge of design standards.

You will perform building-system design calculations, oversee document quality, and participate in client meetings while guiding teams across disciplines. A hybrid work schedule is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering from an ABET accredited college or university with 10+ years of experience.
• PE license required; advanced knowledge of engineering design and AEC codes.
• Proven ability to create and maintain engineering standards and tools.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach junior staff and engineers across teams, providing technical oversight.
• Lead projects from concept through completion while ensuring schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, engineers, and vendors on scope and feasibility.
• Perform calculations and design advanced building systems; ensure quality of documents.
• Oversee quality review, review in-progress work, and ensure accuracy and neatness.
• Attend meetings with owners, clients, or architects and visit sites to verify conditions.
