Job summary

CESO, Inc. seeks an Electrical Staff Engineer II to support senior staff with design, calculations, and documentation across commercial, retail, and multi-family programs.

You will create system layouts, models, and schedules using AutoCAD, Revit, and related tools while collaborating with architects, contractors, and clients. The role requires an ABET-accredited engineering degree, a PE license, and 3+ years of experience, with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering with 3+ years of experience.
• PE license is required.
• Proficient in engineering design, AEC industry, codes and standards.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Revit and related design software; travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Learn to communicate design requirements with internal/external team members to define scope.
• Develop design approaches with input from senior staff.
• Participate in events to build professional relationships.
• Create system layouts, schematics, and schedules using CAD/BIM tools.
• Model lighting, power, and telecommunication systems and perform related calculations.
• Assist project managers with coordination among architects, contractors, and engineers.
• Prepare studies, plans, reports, and specifications.
