Job summary

CESO, Inc. is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to perform a wide range of design tasks for diverse building projects. You will mentor junior staff, lead projects from concept through completion, and ensure deliverables align with codes and client needs.

Responsibilities include coordinating with architects and contractors, performing complex calculations, and maintaining quality in design documents. A PE license and strong leadership are required; a hybrid work arrangement is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering from an ABET-accredited program; 10+ years of relevant experience.
• PE license required; ability to lead engineering design and ensure project quality.
• Proficiency with Deltek, Revit, BlueBeam and related design software.

Responsibilities

• Mentor junior staff and lead projects from concept to completion.
• Communicate design requirements and coordinate with architects, contractors, and engineers.
• Perform calculations and guide design of building systems to meet schedule and budget.
• Oversee quality reviews and ensure accurate, neat drawings.
• Attend meetings and oversee site visits to verify conditions and progress.
