Job summary

CESO, Inc. is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to direct complex building projects, mentor junior engineers, and ensure design quality and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee design execution across multi-discipline teams and coordinate with clients and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget. Qualified candidates hold an ABET-accredited degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering, a PE license, and 10+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering from ABET-accredited college or university; 10+ years of relevant experience; Master’s can substitute up to 1 year.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license is required.
• Advanced knowledge of engineering design, AEC industry codes and standards; proficiency with design tools.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach junior staff and engineers; provide technical oversight and guidance.
• Lead projects from concept through completion.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and engineers to determine scope and feasibility.
• Perform calculations and design advanced building systems; ensure quality and budget compliance.
• Oversee the quality review process and document production quality.
