Job summary

Raag Solutions LLC in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead complex electrical projects from concept to completion, mentor engineers, and uphold rigorous design standards. You will apply Revit and AutoCAD, review drawings, perform field inspections, and coordinate with project managers, consultants, clients, and authorities to ensure on-time, compliant delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure preferred but not required.
Typically 15+ years of post-graduation engineering experience or 10+ years licensed.
Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD.
Advanced knowledge of electrical codes and standards.
Experience designing power distribution, renewables, and mission-critical systems.
Ability to communicate technical information clearly and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

Develop high-quality electrical designs and specifications aligned with project goals.
Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, and other tools to improve design accuracy and documentation quality.
Lead construction administration activities including RFIs, shop drawings, and field inspections with minimal supervision.
Collaborate with PMs, leads, internal disciplines, consultants, clients, and authorities to advance scope and schedule.
Analyze feasibility, system performance, and risks to provide proactive recommendations and technical insight.
Review project documentation for quality, code compliance, and alignment with standards.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge and improvement.
