Stratus Team, LLC is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer (P.E) in Raleigh, NC. The role emphasizes technical leadership, overseeing design, analysis, and construction phases to ensure regulatory compliance and client satisfaction.

You will mentor junior engineers, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and manage project schedules and budgets while staying current with industry advancements and innovative design solutions.

Qualifications

• PE license required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering from ABET-accredited university.
• 10–15 years of experience in engineering design and project management.
• Experience with MEP and Fire Prevention systems in commercial sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and technical development of projects with teams.
• Prepare drawings, calculations, and specifications to meet standards.
• Oversee integration of building systems and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide technical oversight during construction and review submittals.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure quality control at milestones.
• Engage with clients and participants to meet requirements and schedules.
