SSOE Group seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead technical efforts on advanced industrial facilities for Fortune 100 clients. You’ll collaborate with clients, engineers, and specialists to deliver on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

The position emphasizes client engagement, project ownership, and ongoing professional development. We offer a hybrid work schedule with potential for remote work per policy.

Competenze

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering required.
• Full professional engineering registration required or may be approved with licensure in select disciplines.
• Ten or more years of related practical experience in industrial facilities design.
• Valid driver's license required; may be waived for international assignments.

Mansioni

• Own technical responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating large engineering assignments with budget, schedule, and quality control accountability.
• Supervise and review work of engineers and designers on the same project.
• Lead client contact and business development activities; prepare or supervise contract proposals and presentations.
• Define project scope with clients, present progress, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversight of materials, equipment, and manufacturer quality decisions.
• Maintain continuous professional education as per state requirements; travel as needed.
