Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering and full professional registration is required.
• Ten or more years of related practical experience in industrial manufacturing facilities design.
• Experience in lieu of professional license may be approved in select disciplines at SSOE's discretion.

Responsibilities

• Has full technical responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating large engineering assignments with budget, schedule, and quality controls.
• Plan and develop engineering projects with unique or controversial problems.
• Maintain liaison with internal and external stakeholders on technical matters.
• Supervise and review work of engineers and designers on assigned projects.
• Participate in client contact and business development activities; assist in proposals and presentations.
• Meet with clients to define project scope and track progress and satisfaction.
• Evaluate major items such as materials, equipment, and quality.

Education
