P2S|CMTA is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to support pre-design and design phases on diverse projects, from healthcare to education and infrastructure. The role requires leading electrical design, coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams, and delivering high-quality, code-compliant systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Experience using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Familiarity with Title 24, LEED, BIM coordination workflows, and power systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design for large projects.
• Oversee power single-line and diagrams, arc flash, coordination, and load flow calculations.
• Direct electrical design for medium to large projects and mentor junior engineers.
• Coordinate CAD/BIM standards and cross-discipline collaborations.
• Provide construction phase support and respond to RFIs with clarity and speed.
