Job summary

P2S|CMTA in Seattle, WA is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead design on complex commercial, healthcare, and institutional projects. You will support pre-design and design phases across large multi-discipline teams and ensure performance, safety, and code compliance.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, 10+ years of experience, a PE license, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP or SKM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• PE license required.
• Experience leading electrical design projects and coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Revit; familiarity with ETAP/SKM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design for medium to large projects and oversee power, schematics, and calculations.
• Coordinate with mechanical, plumbing, civil, structural, and architectural teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and support proposals with senior colleagues.
• Ensure design quality, code compliance (NEC, Title 24, CALGreen) and project deliverables.
