Job summary
WSP is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join the Federal Programs Team with potential work in Arlington, VA; Virginia Beach, VA; San Antonio, TX; Dallas, TX; Tacoma, WA; Seattle, WA or Denver, CO. The role involves leading MEP electrical design efforts, coordinating with owners and sub-consultants, and driving projects from inception through construction.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from ABET accredited college or university, or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Lead larger-scale electrical engineering projects and oversee staff.
- Develop construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with government, disciplines, sub-consultants, and clients.
- Mentor staff and ensure QA/QC compliance.
- Travel to project sites and government facilities as required.
- Provide design and technical advice for electrical systems and lighting, power, grounding, and protection.
