Job summary
Quanta Power Solutions, part of Quanta's EPC group, seeks an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to design, develop, and execute complex power projects across generation, renewables, BESS, substations, and transmission infrastructure. You will provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and drive projects from concept through commissioning.

Qualifications
- BS in Electrical Engineering required; PE license strongly preferred.
- 8–12+ years in EPC, power generation, utility, renewable energy, or industrial environments.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary projects and providing technical leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead electrical engineering activities through all project phases.
- Act as lead electrical engineer and primary technical contact for projects.
- Develop design criteria, equipment specs, and deliverables.
- Coordinate scope, schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Interface with clients, OEMs, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Support integration of renewables and BESS facilities.
