Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Minimum 15-20+ years of progressive mechanical engineering experience in EPC, power generation, or heavy industrial environments.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing engineering teams and delivering large-scale EPC projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive mechanical engineering execution across complex EPC projects in power generation, transmission, and industrial infrastructure.
• Oversee mechanical engineering scope and ensure technical excellence.
• Guide multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, efficient, and constructible solutions.
• Interface with clients, vendors, and executive stakeholders to align project goals.
