Job summary
Quanta Power Solutions seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design, development, and execution of EPC projects across power generation, renewables, BESS, substations, and transmission infrastructure. This role acts as the technical leader for the electrical discipline, mentoring junior engineers and ensuring project success from concept through commissioning.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering required; PE license strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead electrical engineering activities through all phases of project execution from concept to commissioning.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned projects and mentor junior engineers.
- Develop electrical design criteria, equipment specs, and engineering deliverables.
- Coordinate scope, schedules, budgets, and resources with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Interface with clients, OEMs, vendors, and project stakeholders.
