Quanta Power Solutions, LLC in the United States is seeking a highly experienced Principal Electrical Engineer to act as technical authority across power generation, renewables, battery energy storage systems (BESS), data centers, substations, transmission, and industrial infrastructure projects.

This role provides strategic technical direction, ensures engineering excellence, and supports the delivery of complex EPC projects from conceptual development through commissioning and turnover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering; PE license; 15+ years of EPC electrical experience.
• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and guide technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership, establish standards, and govern electrical design across projects.
• Lead design of power generation, renewables, BESS, data centers, substations and transmission.
• Review deliverables, studies, and ensure NEC/IEEE/NESC compliance and safety.
• Mentor engineers, support staffing, and oversee project execution from concept to turnover.
• Coordinate with civil, mechanical, instrumentation, and construction teams.
