Quanta Power Solutions seeks a Principal Electrical Engineer to serve as a technical authority across power generation, renewables, BESS, data centers, substations, and transmission systems. Lead multidisciplinary teams, set engineering standards, and guide projects from concept through commissioning.

The role demands extensive EPC experience, leadership capabilities, and a track record of influencing technical direction and project execution strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Minimum 15+ years of progressive electrical engineering experience.
• Extensive EPC experience in power generation, industrial, utility, transmission, or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level technical leadership across conceptual design to commissioning.
• Set electrical engineering standards, design methodologies, and best practices.
• Lead design reviews, system studies, and ensure compliance with NEC/IEEE/NESC.
• Support business development, proposals, and client technical presentations.
• Oversee development of single-line diagrams, protection studies, loads, grounding.
• Mentor engineers and coordinate cross-disciplinary teams across projects.
