Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead an engineering team delivering advisory services and design solutions for diverse clients. You will collaborate with account managers and sales on strategic pursuits, develop growth opportunities, and mentor junior staff.

Few additional responsibilities include engaging with clients to deliver innovative energy projects, contributing to strategy, and supporting project execution from concept to detailed design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 10 years of engineering design and/or consulting experience.
• PE licensure in any US state, with ability to obtain licenses in other states if required.
• Proven ability to engage with clients, win work and deliver value.
• Experience with proposal development and project execution planning.
• Mentor and develop junior staff; strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel (<50%); able to work in Gainesville, FL office part of the week.
