The role emphasizes mentoring junior staff, client engagement, and cross-disciplinary collaboration across market sectors. You will drive business development, develop scope, and provide engineering leadership from concept through detailed design to execution, with travel up to 50% and a hybrid work

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineering licensure in any US state.
• 10+ years of engineering design and/or consulting experience.
• Proven ability to engage with clients, develop relationships and win work, then deliver innovative solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work at the Gainesville, FL office two days per week.
