Qualifications
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of engineering design or consulting experience.
- Professional Engineering licensure (US) with ability to license in other states.
- Proven ability to win work, develop client relationships and deliver solutions.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel and work from Philadelphia office ≥2 days/week.
Responsibilities
- Lead an electrical engineering team to provide advisory services and design solutions.
- Mentor junior staff and collaborate with Client Account Managers and sales.
- Develop concept plans to full execution through end-to-end lifecycle.
- Engage in business growth strategy and project opportunities.
