Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering required.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida required.
- Demonstrated professional design experience with electrical systems for vertical building projects in Florida.
- Solid knowledge of NFPA, energy codes, IEEE/ASHRAE standards.
Responsibilities
- Design electrical systems for building and infrastructure projects.
- Perform lighting design and controls calculations.
- Prepare electrical load analyses and basis of design reports.
- Develop construction drawings and technical documentation.
- Complete energy compliance calculations and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate designs with architects and multidisciplinary teams.
- Engage with clients, owners, and contractors to establish design requirements.
- Support proposals, business development, and project delivery.
- Contribute to project execution from concept through construction.
