Job summary

CAE USA is seeking ambitious electrical engineering professionals to contribute to our Defense and Security mission. This role focuses on architecture, development, and security assessments for high-assurance systems within a collaborative team.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of defense experience and must be able to obtain a DoD clearance. Some CONUS travel and overtime may be required, with opportunities for professional growth in a growing team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to establish architecture content and develop solutions that achieve customer needs.
• Having a fundamental knowledge of Electrical Systems Engineering practices, network technologies, system development life cycles and methodologies, and insight into information technology infrastructure management/monitoring and applications.
• Providing analysis, design, development, implementation and security assessments to ensure compliance with JSIG/RMF Continuous Monitoring tools and processes.
• Performing system-level analyses, determining and undertaking necessary trade studies, define and allocate the functional requirements to subsystem.
• Ensuring all program requirements are met, program risks are identified and mitigated, and company processes are followed.
• Recommending and implementing system enhancements which will improve the performance, reliability, and security of the system including installing, upgrading, monitoring, problem resolution, and configuration.
