Job summary

CAE USA Inc. is seeking an Electrical Engineer to develop and apply advanced electrical engineering design methods and CAD tools for complex electro‑mechanical systems.

You will contribute to process, tool, and productivity improvements in the Electrical/Electronics group and collaborate with project personnel to deliver design solutions. The role requires 3+ years of related experience, proficiency with Microstation, Autocad, and Promis-E, and the ability to communicate across teams.

Qualifications

• BSEE with 3+ years’ experience in a related field.
• Working knowledge of Electrical design processes and CAD applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively with department personnel, Program Management and customers.
• Must be able to solve technical and other business issues in a logical fashion.

Responsibilities

• Develops electrical engineering designs and documentation for assigned projects.
• Lead role in planning, coordinating and implementing process, tool, and productivity improvements.
• Ensure designs meet NFPA 70 and IEC standards; coordinate with lead engineers for efficiency.
• Travel required (CONUS/OCONUS) as needed.
• Work within established cost and schedule budgets.
