Job summary

CAE USA Inc. seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer to develop advanced electro‑mechanical/electronics systems and apply modern design methods and CAD tools under strict standards.

You will lead technical design efforts, coordinate with fellow engineers, and drive productivity improvements while adhering to budgets and schedules. The role requires strong communication, problem‑solving, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• BSEE with 7+ years’ experience in a related field.
• At least 4 years’ experience in the simulation or aircraft industry.
• Working knowledge of Electrical design processes and CAD applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to problems.
• Must have a sound understanding of electrical circuitry.
• Must have experience with design of Simulation wiring.

Responsibilities

• Develops technical designs and documentation to meet project goals.
• Coordinates activities with lead/peer engineers to ensure efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Leads process, tool, and productivity improvements for the Electrical/Electronics group.
• Performs work within established cost and schedule budgets.
• Demonstrates knowledge of electrical engineering concepts and practices.
• Communicates effectively with department personnel, Program Management and customers.
