CAE USA Inc. seeks experienced electrical engineers to advance our mission in defense training and readiness. You will own system-level design, collaborate across disciplines, and ensure robust security and compliance for critical operations.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, 5+ years of related experience, and a DoD Secret or higher clearance. Expect CONUS travel and a dynamic, supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience supporting military or defense programs.
• Ability to interface with all levels of employees and management.
• Must have or be able to obtain DoD Secret or higher clearance.
• Flexibility for overtime, weekend work, and CONUS travel.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture content.
• Apply electrical engineering practices and lifecycle methodologies.
• Provide system analyses, trade studies and functional allocations.
• Ensure program requirements are met and risks mitigated.
• Install, upgrade, monitor and secure system enhancements.
