Zusammenfassung

SR2 is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer (Design) for a fully remote role serving clients across the United States. You will design, not just manage, power distribution for data centers, semiconductor fabs, and industrial facilities, taking projects from client requirements through to built designs.

You will lead a small design team across power, lighting and security, coordinating with architects and mechanical engineers.

Qualifikationen

• 10 to 15 years in a consulting or design engineering firm, producing drawings and calculations yourself.
• At least two or three projects designed from a blank sheet and seen through construction.
• A PE licence, or close to getting one.
• Steady tenure showing full project cycles.

Aufgaben

• Take a project from the client’s requirements to a finished, built design. Agree the concept with a principal, then own the execution.
• Design power distribution from scratch: mostly 15kV and 35kV, up to 65kV, plus 480V and 415V low voltage systems.
• Master plan sites to maximize capacity.
• Lead a small design team across power, lighting and security; coordinate with architects and mechanical engineers; roll up your sleeves when the job needs it.
