Redtree is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with deep power plant design experience to lead schematic design, detailed engineering, and field activities for power generation projects. The role includes mentoring engineers and guiding teams across time zones, with a focus on coal, natural gas, and combined cycle plants, and data center power infrastructure.

The position offers 100% remote work within the U.S.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Active PE license required.
• 10+ years' hands-on electrical design experience in power generation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead electrical design for power generation projects (coal, natural gas, combined cycle).
• Mentor and train engineers, review calculations and drawings.
• Coordinate cross‑disciplinary teams and overseas staff to ensure quality.

Formação académica

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering

Professional Engineer (PE) license
