SSOE is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer - Data Centers to shape the future of data centers and AI factories. You will lead technical excellence, participate in client meetings, and drive design solutions from concept through construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• PE license and ability to register in additional states.
• At least 12 years of experience in electrical facilities design; data center experience preferred.
• Experience with DC distribution at 400VDC/800VDC/1500VDC.
• Knowledge of NEC and IEC standards.
• Experience with Revit.
• Strong leadership and client relationship skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Act as Electrical SME on data center projects and craft design solutions.
• Provide expert advisory services and participate in meetings with clients.
• Lead planning and coordination of medium to large engineering projects and portfolios.
• Mentor and coach less experienced staff.
• Travel required.
