You will guide sizing, interconnection, and design activities across multi-discipline engineering, while ensuring safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance for critical energy assets.

Qualifications

• 11+ years leading engineering teams on major energy infrastructure projects.
• Plan, organize and manage engineering projects with cost, reliability and performance focus.
• Supervise a team of engineers through design, permitting and compliance.
• Perform detailed technical assessments and engineering design verifications.
• Bridge conceptual design to field execution with best practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering assignments from limited scope to complex multi-discipline projects.
• Assist with project management, negotiations, performance tracking and reporting.
• Plan and manage projects ensuring regulatory compliance and lead technical teams.
• Engage in decision-making and technical analysis for utility-scale solar and BESS.
• Ensure designs meet specs, safety standards and long-term reliability goals.
• Review one-line diagrams, equipment specs, electrical calculations and studies for accuracy.
• Support activities involving batteries, PCS, transformers, switchgear and grounding.
